Return Policy for Goat Soap, Beer Soap, and Other Farm Products

We take great pride in crafting high-quality farm-fresh products, and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

• Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• Due to hygiene and safety regulations, used products cannot be returned.

Return Process

1. Contact Us – Notify us within 10 days of receiving your order.
2. Ship the Item – Returns must be shipped at the buyer’s expense.
3. Inspection & Refund – Once we receive the item, we will inspect it and issue a refund for the product cost (shipping fees are non-refundable).

Exceptions

• Damaged or defective items may be eligible for replacement or a refund—please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• Custom or special-order products cannot be returned.
